  1. G'day! Just a few questions/clarifications ^^

    1.) About this part:

"To join, customers must present proof of purchase / sales invoice of four (4) SM Eco Bags worth P140 to Mall Marketing personnel at the Mall Administration Office where they will be handed the official contest entry form and will be issued their respective contest numbers."

Coz both me and my sister are planning joining, does that mean we have to purchase a total of 8 SM Eco Bags in order to get two entry forms?

    2. About this rule:

"Only homemade costumes are eligible to enter the competition."

Just to clarify, this rule is to avoid people entering with costumes that they bought ready-to-wear right? Or does this mean all aspects of the costume must have been made by us personally from scratch?

Because although a number of the aspects of the costume that I'm planning to enter we're created by me personally, some parts of the character I'm cosplaying has certain accessories and parts wherein I had to purchase them or had to have them commissioned (ex. wig, belt), would it be a problem with regards to the rule?

That's all, many thanks and I'm looking forward to participating ^^

  2. Hi Theo, for the proof of purchase, yes you have to buy total of 8 pcs of Eco Bag for the both of you. For the costumes, we won't allow ready-to wear/mass produce/manufactured/commercially available costumes e.g. the Iron Man Suit. Purchase of certain accessories/parts of costumes are allowed. Hope this clarify things. For more info you can call us at (044) 9332013 to 17, Marketing Department. Thank you.

  4. For future reference and to prevent the same hassle from happening to other cosplayers that plan on registering, can you include a reminder about the required attire and ID deposit when entering and getting a registration form at the Mall Admin Office. =)

Me with a few other cosplayers that plan on joining went to the mall today solely to get a registration form for the cosplay competition. After purchasing Eco Bags we went straight to the Mall Admin Office but was prevented from entering upon finding out that there was a dress code to be adhered to when entering the Mall Admin Office. (not that we were wearing pambahay or anything though mind you ;P we just so happened to be wearing short khaki pants at the time)

Although one of the cosplayers we were with was of proper attire, she was also not allowed since she didn't have an ID to deposit so we just went home na lang.

Had we known there were certain regulations to abide to with regards to dress code we would have gladly complied in respect of what was set.

Just mentioning so that other cosplayers that plan on registering would be aware of the regulations upon dropping by the Mall Admin Office. Thanks ",
